TOTAL NETWORK CARE
Mid Atlantic Systems offers a total network care solution to our clients.  Under contract, our clients are offered the solution of an IT department at a fraction of the cost.  One employee trained with the minimum skills to maintain a network will cost an employer at least $40,000 in salary and then another $8,000 in benefits.  It is in the budget for some firms to hire a person at this rate and well worth the investment.  If you are like most firms today, it is simply not prudent.  We manage networks of clients with as many as 100 users and 4 servers to as few as 4 computers with no server. 

We treat each client uniquely and offer rates tailored to the client’s network and not some “one size fits all” pricing guide.  Our goal is to be your total solution IT department.  The Total Network Care package includes IT Consulting and continued maintenance on an existing network.  We are often able to provide service for just a fraction of hiring a full time employee.  Our rates vary but usually range in the 10% to 50% cost of having a full time person on staff.  This is all based on the size of your network. 

NETWORK OVERHAUL
Productivity comes at a premium today and the unfortunate reality is that if your computer is not working, neither are you or your employees.  Have you had your network for over a year and are now starting to see problems?  Do you just want someone to come in and clean it up without having to keep them around? 

We will provide a network overhaul which would consist of updating major software and firmware application.  We optimize your computers and servers by eliminating programs that take away from your computers’ resources.  These programs will tie your computer up doing useless actions therefore slowing you down.  We will assess the overall status of your network and give you recommendations based on our findings.  We will eliminate problems you have identified and those that we find.  The whole process is designed to streamline your work applications and maximize your efficiency.

 OUTSOURCING
We have different forms of what clients would consider outsourcing.  First, we have clients that outsource their whole IT department to us and we maintain their network.  We provide the Total Network Care solution to these clients and minimize the amount their networks are ever down. 

Secondly, we also supplement an already in place IT department.  Whether the job is too big for one person or the headquarters is in another state, we are there to help.  Our team works as an extension of your company’s IT department.  Another more popular form of this is the work we do with the government.  We supplement their teams with personnel and provide expertise for projects and ongoing support. 

Outsourcing is becoming ever more popular today, all over the globe, because of the money saved in idle time.  The average IT person working in an environment only works about half of the day.  The dead time that person has comes at the expense of the employer.  Over time this person’s skills become rusty because he is not being tested on a daily basis.  Our team works daily perfecting its craft and offering clients the benefit.
